Products and Services -
Problem Worth Solving
Solutions for christian storytellers are in heavy demand across the country. Every day thousands of storytellers from across the globe are looking for services and opportunities that are convenient, affordable, and get their work seen. For all of that demand, though, there are slim to no companies that offer or specialize in full faith-based transmedia services, despite its clear popularity in the radio, film, and publishing industries.

Lack of a unified storytelling community is a common complaint from christian filmmakers and novelist, especially those attending the many networking festivals/opportunities across the USA. We are convinced that there is a great need here for a central unified service offering affordable industry standard services, networking, unions, and studio facilities to the emerging faith based transmedia audience across the USA and world.
Our Solution
We recently launched a new set of online services offered for free (only for the first 9 months as we worked out the bugs) which includes: Creators, Fans, Ideas, Funds, and Outlets. One of our founders, Christopher D. Stewart, is an accomplished Transmedia producer with experience working with/in some of the best transmedia stories. He won first prize at age 15 for his film BOO!. He has also been recognized for his transmedia contribution on Disney Marvel's Avengers Infinity War (2018).

Storytellers' online services are available 24/7 for anyone to access with text, phone, and email support open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EDT) and on Sundays until 9:00 p.m. (EDT).

New transmedia technology offers a superior approach to storytelling, and our company is the first to offer it on such a large scale. Popularized in the early 2000s and just making their way into the mainstream market, transmedia technology and services are in high demand for their marketing appeal. They engage audiences, build cult like followings, create interactive stories, cost less then other forms of advertising, can be start building fanbases years before other advertisements can, uses the power of fans to market for you, and historically projects that utilize transmedia have much larger returns.

Our transmedia system offer 3 flavors of services. We have an online devition that units creators together for quick, inexpensive transmedia storytelling. For a more personal approach, we have also have business to business solutions which handheld, large scale projects and provides Transmedia services to companies and schools, this enables our crew to work together to cover as many as 30 projects at once. In addition, our transmedia steam allows us to offer database and team communication solutions as add-on services without requiring additional staff or equipment. And final the last flavor will come in the form of the world's largest transmedia studio facilities located around the USA with the first facility opening in Tennessee in 2019, alowing us to create all content in house thus letting us run at maximum cost efficiency so we can relay these saving to our customers.
Online Services
The Online Division provides a system of online services to storytellers that centers around online portfolios for members to share their works and have it properly credited across multiple leading industry platforms. The online services will also help to connect “creators” to business and projects that are looking to hire. Our operations manual is a business system designed to produce the maximum number of connections of approved and vetted portfolio to jobs per week while maintaining a rigid standard for quality. Through a partnership with the independent transmedia production company, S.C. TreeHouse LLC, we will have access to the over 1,900 of their currently established partners and customers. Using this system, and following this business plan, we will generate the revenue needed to allow us flexibility in creating/running other projects more commonly associated with a studio company, leading into the next division.
Introduction

What are Storytellers "Online Services" - Introduction

Picture
I thought it might be helpful if we explained a little more about what the Storytellers Online Services actually are.

This is the moment when everyone says: "Hallelujah! Finally! We get a real explanation!"

How does this work?
We have written 7 articles, that you can find in the accordion below, explaining in depth each of the seven parts which makes up our "Online Services" and what stuff you all can be doing with them.

So, what are the Seven Parts of our "Online Services", well they are as follows:
  1. The System
  2. Creators
  3. Ideas
  4. Fans
  5. Funds
  6. Outlets

An Overview:
Let's give you all a quick overview of the idea, the mission, and the heart behind "Storytellers."

The Idea:
The idea behind our "Online Services" actually came from you guys. No, really. While watching independent creators work so heard on there projects, a thought hit us:
"Man! These guys are good, like epically gifted and called by God. And they just work so well together. You know, if there were some way to help them collaborate and get their stories told, that be awesome!"
So, yeah, that was the idea behind all of this. Although we like to sum it up as:
"If we are all called by God to tell His stories, why not work together to do that."
The Mission:
The mission behind this is to bring together all kinds of Storytellers and provide them with the tools necessary for every step in the creation process so that they may tell the stories God has given them.

The Heart:
Wow, we were about to type something here, then realized how sappy it sounded...oh well, it's the truth, so we'll type it anyway. So, the heart of our "Online Services" is focused on the way God is working in each one of you. Not even joking. This whole thing was built to help you guys get your projects made, get them distributed, and help others see how God is using you.

Ok, now that we're done being sappy and sentimental, you can move on to the next part. See you all soon, keep being awesome and keep letting God use you, it's inspiring to watch.

The System

What are Storytellers "Online Services" - Part 1: The System

"I literally shake in my boot every time I go to tell a story because I know that with every word I say, I am waving around  a double-edged sword capable of such wonderful and terrible things that I can only barely imagine what it might do."
- Christopher D. Stewart
Stories have power, like a lot of power. Throughout all time, in the deep parts of people’s minds, something has always shifted when a story is told, and as history dictates, we know this "shifting" illuminates the path to the future.

Humanity resides on the ever-rickety ledge of change, waiting to be pushed by the actions of not many, but only a few. The truth is, things will change, not at the callous hands of the mighty, but by the wiry words of a story.
Afterall, even God taught through parables.

It's apparent that all people long for someone to show them answers, to show them the future. That is the fundamental function of man, to search, find, and search again. And because, as Storytellers, we are known for an unwavering desire to pioneer, the world unknowingly looks to us for answers. Like silent angels, we, the Storytellers, and the stories we tell, have gone on changing the world for years unnoticed.

The words of our stories have more power to affect the world then anything short of the Creator of the universe Himself. So, as children of God, it's time we take the power of the stories we tell seriously.

The Storytellers "System" was made for accountability and collaboration among us Storytellers. It has been built from top to the bottom with the sole understanding that stories have power, and with the sole purpose of helping you wield that power by getting your story told. To accomplish this we have build a system of interconnecting tools designed for storytellers that we are offering to you for free.

The hub for all of these tools is a place we call the "System" which is a website based middle point for syncing, linking, and connecting all of these epic tools. The "System" was designed by over a hundred storytellers from all over the globe who are actively involved in thousands of story driven projects from video games to graphic novels and everything in between.

On March 18th the "System" will be publicly launched at the pitch "Event" to give each of you access to all of these tools to help you guys get investors' and fans' attentions so that you can get your projects made.

So, let us take a look at what these tools are.

Tools

Creators:
"Creators" is an IMDb style database with a fun social media twist that gives creators "Facebook-like" ways of connecting and collaborating with each other. Although the database side of "Creators" will be opened to the public (so anyone can see a creator's work), "Creators" is the part of the "Storytellers" "System" that was designed for the industry professionals (a.k.a the people who create stuff) as a way to network and share, it's not really for the fans.

Ideas:
"Ideas" is a copyright protected place for creators to share their ideas and help get buzz started for what they are making. This is a tool for projects that are not yet finished and ready for distribution. "Ideas" is a trusted place for investors to come and look at projects that are trying to get off the ground. But not only this, "Ideas" works hand and hand with "Fans" to show investors just how many people want to see your ideas come to life.

Fans:
"Fans" is a network/social media site built for creators to be able to interact with fans in some really cool ways. The idea behind this site is to encourage creators to have their fans more involved in what they are creating to build leverage for getting investors. This site will give creators a place to share "behind the scenes stuff" with fans as well as personally interact with them in some neat ways. This should give creators a better and more useful platform for reaching their fans than Facebook or Patron does.

Funds:
"Funds" is similar to Kickstarter, with one really cool difference... corporate investors. When we set out to build a fundraising platform for Storytellers, we knew we wanted to keep the option of a project specific crowdfunding like Indiegogo and Kickstarter offer. But at the same time we saw that many creators needed the less project centered and more creator centered funding platform that Patron provides. However, most importantly we wanted corporate investors to be able to fund ideas, but in a different way then the crowd did. So, we build "Fans" which allows creators to make funding campaigns and pick between a project centered or creator centered approach. But the best part is that once a campaign gets so much attention from the fans/crowd your campaign will unlock investor mode which is where we work with you to personally pitch your idea to a network of investors (that we are partnering up with) to help you get that story told.

Outlets:
"Outlets" is the final part of the "System" and it is where all your hard work pays off. We have partnered up with places such as Netflix, Apple, Amazon, Barnes & Nobles, Spotify, and many others to offer you the best places and outlets for getting your final projects out into the world!
And that is an overview of the "System". If you have any questions you can contact us through the Q&A section. See you in March!
Creators

What are Storytellers "Online Services" - Part 2: Creators

"Creators" is an IMDb style database with a fun social media twist. Although the database side of "Creators" will be opened to the public (so anyone can see a creator's work), "Creators" is the part of the "Storytellers" system that was designed for the industry professionals (a.k.a the people who create stuff) as a way to network and share, it's not really for the fans.

"Creators" is made up of two main parts: The Database and The Network (because those are two cool sounding names).

The Database:
The best way to describe the Database is to say that it is primarily IMDb... if IMDb had woke up one morning as a buff bodybuilder (probably with a Russian accent...becuase that's cool) and started giving out free hugs.

The Database is where your "Creator's Pages" will live. Which is much like an IMDb profile except instead of just being a list of projects you have worked on, "Creator's Pages" are meant to function primarily as an online portfolio/résumé that can be used to get you jobs and funds from investors. So, they are way more customizable, allowing you to do things like: add unlimited photos, videos, and audio files, as well as giving you the ability to write descriptive paragraphs about what you did on every "credit" you have listed on your profile. "Creator's Pages" can also be set up to sync with CFDb, Backstage, Cast It, The CWVFF Directory, and even IMDb itself (as well as a few more we still working on) so that everything you put on your "Creator's Page" is also listed in those places as well.

We are also working on some crazy cool search tools so that people looking for crew members, talent, artist, or any other kind of storytellers can easily search the Database to find those people.

And that is the Database part of "Creators." Oh, yeah... and we hope the whole Russian bodybuilder thing wasn't too confusing.

The Network:
Personal, the Network is what we all like to think makes "Creators" so cool.
So, the network is like a custom privet Facebook just for creators. However, there is one underlining difference between Facebook and The Network, where Facebook is more profile centered, the Network is more focused on Groups.

So, instead of posting things on your profile page as you do on Facebook, in the Network you do not post on your profile, but instead, you post in groups that are organized by topics (i.e., Composers, Writers, Cartoonists, etc.) This focus on groups vs. profiles was chosen because the purpose of the Network is to give creators their own place to meet each other, communicate, and share ideas with like-minded people. Putting people together with groups, vs isolating them to profiles seemed to make more sense in shooting for this goal. You will still have a profile though that syncs with your "Creator's Page."

Now, unlike the Database, the Network is not opened to the public. You must have a user login to access it. This is done to keep the Network exclusive to creators so that they have a place to network with themselves. "Fans" (which you can read about a little farther down in the accordion) is the part of the "Storytellers" system made for creators to interact with the public. "Creators" (which is made up of the Database and the Network) was made for creators to share and work with each other and not have to worry about the fans and public interfering.

So, in a nutshell, the Network is a place for creative people to meet and work together on creating some awesome stuff.

And that is the "Creators" part of the "Storytellers" system.

  • The Network: a social media platform built from the ground up with creators in mind. The perfect way to meet, collaborate, and work on projects with other creators.
  • Teams: the Network allows you to build teams for projects and offers you great tools for working together, including: Slack style team chates, online meetings, events, posts features and more. Think of a Team on the Network as a Group on Facebook, but made explicitly for allowing creators to collaborate on a project.
And there are still a whole lot more features to come...

Ideas

What are Storytellers "Online Services" - Part 3: Ideas

This is where things get a little blurry as "Ideas", "Fans", and "Funds" crossover with each other a lot. So, I'm going to try my best to keep it all straight for you guys.

In a nutshell, "Ideas" is a place for creators to post their new projects they are trying to make as a kind of virtual pitch/treatment. Now, for those who are thinking "isn't that just Kickstarter?" Well, kind of, "Ideas" can work with "Funds" to create a Kickstarter-like campaign for raising money, but it actually does a lot more than that. So, just like how "Creators" is meant to be a better kind of portfolio/résumé, "Ideas" is an attempt at making a better way to do treatments/pitches for a project.

Things You Need To Do

"Ideas" is still under development. Give us a little more time and we will have it up and running for you guys. At that point we will have a lot more information to share with you.
Fans

What are Storytellers "Online Services" - Part 4: Fans

As part of the whole "Storytellers" system (that we are launching on March 18th), we are releasing a cool new "network/social media" site built for creators to be able to interact with fans (of their projects) in some really cool ways. The idea behind this site is to encourage creators to have their fans more involved in what they are creating.

This site will give creators a place to share "behind the scenes stuff" with fans as well as personally interact with them in some neat ways. If anything, hopefully, it will at least give creators a better platform for reaching their fans than Facebook does.

Things You Need To Do

We want to get all creators and projects on this site so people can easily follow the projects and the creators they like.

Now, don't get confused, "Fans" is not the same thing as the "Creator's Pages" they are two separate things. "Creator's Pages" are like IMDb pages and the "Fans" site is like a Facebook or Instagram. Basically "Creator's Pages" are digital portfolios to hopefully help you all get some jobs, and the "Fans" site is a way for you to connect with the people who enjoy the projects you create. So, we need to get you guys set up on both.

Christopher D. Stewart will be working with each person to get their "Fans" pages set up. He can be reached by phone at: +1(423) 715-4694

What are Storytellers "Online Services" - Part 6: Outlets

"Outlets" is the final part of the "System" and it is where all your hard work pays off. We have partnered up with places such as Netflix, Apple, Amazon, Barnes & Nobles, Spotify, and many others to offer you the best sites and outlets for getting your final projects out into the world!

Things You Need To Do

"Outlets" is meant for projects that are complete and ready for distribution. You can always feel free to reach out to us if you do want to list you project, or if you have old projects to list.

Christopher D. Stewart will be working on listing the projects on "Outlets". He can be reached by phone at: +1(423) 715-4694

If you haven't caught on, Christopher coded most of this website, so, he has to put in most of the stuff for you guys.

It provides a professional service and an invaluable opportunity to the industry. And Storytellers Services LLC. constantly searches for innovative new project ideas to take this company to the next level, while loyally serving its clients in every possible capacity.

The Business to Business Division (B2B) is the balance of Storytellers Services LLC. It is a marketing service for college and university students, and a job posting service for companies and projects. Companies and projects are encouraged to contact the students for job openings, and students are given a portfolio recording of which companies/projects they worked with. This division’s services are marketed to higher education institutions nationwide who already use ePortfolio services for their students.
Studios & Education
The Education and Studio Division provides specialized transmedia education and studio production on a wide range of hand-picked projects, depending upon the client's needs. This division offers studio facilities that will be located across the USA for use by Artists, Filmmakers, Authors, Singers/Songwriters, Radio productions, Publishers, and Transmedia productions. We will develop this division into a self-sufficient branch by 2020.

Education and Studio Division:
  • Product quality/customer satisfaction. All studios must meet the complete satisfaction of the client, regardless of genre, medium, or size. Employees must be trained to anticipate client's needs and company's ability to meet these needs. No project is too small to ignore the importance of quality and customer satisfaction. We are here to help every storyteller from conception to completion of their ideas.
  • Junior and Senior management. Studios will run through an elaborate system where most management and corporate position has both a junior and senior officer who work together to provide a balance between the safe wisdom of experience and bold actions of naivety. This Junior/Senior management cycling provides job security, keeps this division always inventing new and imaginative ways to shape the future, while also allowing investors the security of knowing that each innovation is backed by years of industry experience.
  • On project learning. Research has proven that the fastest and best way to learn is by doing. By offering students real world learning opportunity we not only help to build unity and an educated workforce we provide guaranteed valuable interns for the projects coming to use the studios.
  • Cost dispersion. Through a unique proven method of cost dispersion we are able to offer use of our studios free to Storyteller members and at cost + 10% for all other projects. This allows us to offer the lowest studio prices in the country and offer a guarantee that we will match any studio’s prices plus take off an extra 10% too.

The studio and education division maintains an open mind to new innovations, so the client understands that their professional or educational goal is our objective. While we will suggest alternatives and bring our experience to the table, we hold the client's goal as the primary target. If we cannot achieve our client's goal, we will present that information in our initial encounter and suggest other possible production means, rather than altering the project to our comfort level.

The Studio and Education Division handles various projects which may present themselves to our company. This division is not primarily a revenue generator, but is vital to the growth of the company. Projects will be hand picked based upon a referral system. By minimizing the number of projects, we control quality and reputation as a company which specializes, rather than an all-encompassing facility which forsakes quality for quantity of projects. This division is responsible building a new studio facility every year.
