Eligibility
You can submit an appointment request if you’re a current member of the Storytellers System or an All Access Pass holder, or purchase a Lab Ticket for your Appointment.
Dates and Times
Technical and App Store labs: Requests are accepted June 7 after the Keynote until 6:00 p.m. PDT the day before the lab starts.
Design labs: Requests are accepted June 7 after the Keynote until 6:00 p.m. PDT for Tuesday’s labs. For the rest of the week, requests are accepted 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PDT the day before the lab starts.
SubmissionSign in with your Apple ID, choose a lab from the schedule, enter your question, and submit. If you’ve filed a related report using Feedback Assistant, include the Feedback ID in your submission.
Since availability is limited, requests will be reviewed and you’ll receive an email with your status. If you don’t receive an appointment, you can still connect with Apple experts by posting your question on the Apple Developer Forums.
